Art rant and this year's General Whine.
I guess I'm in just one of those moods, but I'm aching to churn out more art but am stifled somehow. Every time I see a comic, I'm like, "I need to be doing this!" But then when I actually get down to it I never quite finish them since I know that in a few months I'll be like, "Bleh, what is this, I can't believe I wrote that!"
I've been so busy writing my novel(s) that I feel that I've neglected my art. You know that thing, if you don't use it, ya lose it? Put those two together and you have something that I can't stop watching!
(Okay, so maybe I've been waiting for a Bishie Bruce for a long time...)
I rented the DVD (cause I couldn't wait to buy it) and it really was awesome. It WAS very reminiscent of the animatrix, especially the first short. So I dubbed this DVD the "Batmanimatrix."
My favorite shorts were Field Test and Working Through Pain. Field Test was steampunk in style including Batman's costume. I thought he looked kinda like a Pokemon, the way his helmet was shaped. :XD: "I choose you, Ba
